Easter cupcake workshop  SAT 16th April 2011  12-4pm

This workshop will show you how to decorate cupcakes with an Easter theme, but you can use the skills learned to adapt to other celebrations.

Over 4 hours we will be playing about  with sugarpaste, flowerpaste & buttercream to create these 6 cute cupcakes, which of course you get to take home and enjoy after the class, yummy!!

Class number are small to allow for personal attention, no more than 8 per class, so they book up fast!!

All equipment is provided on the day so no need to bring anything but yourself, an apron & your lunch. Tea/coffe & homemade cake will be provided on the day.

Bunny cupcake - we will be modelling a cute bunny eating an easter egg to put on top of your cupcake, or you can just take him home the way he is to put on a cake etc.

Chick cupcake - as above but we will be modelling a chick to sit on top of your cupcake

Daisy & ladybug cupcake - we will be making a daisy from flowerpaste, creating a flower centre & a cute ladybug.

Butterfly & sml daisy cupcake - we will be making some sugar butterflies & daisies to top your cupcake

trio of daisies cupcake - we will be making 3 daisies to top your cupcake

egg cupcake - as with the above cupcakes we will be piping grass on cupcake & adding some chocolate eggs
